Note: On the Peoria Call Date, please do not ask Pro Se’s to come before 10:00 am. I will take motions 1^st, then contracts, then Pro Se’s. I will accept similar language as follows on contracts. “This settlement represents approximately (%) loss of use of a person as a whole, or if the holding of the case, Will County Forest Preserve v. IWCC, 2012 IL App (3d) 110077WC is reversed, modified, overruled or changed in any way which allows a settlement under a loss of use of the arm, then this settlement shall be deemed to represent (%) loss of use of the lef/rightt arm.”
